Founder
Jess Mah launched her first six-figure business in middle school—and she’s been building ever since. She’s been on the founding team of 10+ companies and serves on five boards.
Over the past decade, Jess has led teams of hundreds as a CEO. Today, she runs Mahway, a venture creation firm which launches companies with founders across fintech, bio, AI, legal tech, and more.
Jess studied Computer Science at U.C. Berkeley and has been grateful to be recognized by Inc. Magazine, Forbes 30 Under 30, and Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business.
She was the youngest woman accepted into Y Combinator in 2010, the youngest to join YPO in 2013, and the youngest graduate of Harvard Business School’s Presidents’ Program in 2024.
She splits her time between New York and San Francisco, surrounded by good people, hard problems, and her puppy.
“I think people are more likely to do deals with people who have that authenticity and… who are trying to have more fun along the way.”
